Important Notice K-3 Early Literacy Universal Screening

Good Morning K-3 Families,

Gentle reminder that of our commitment to supporting every child's reading success, Forest Street Community School will be conducting our Early Literacy Universal Screening for students in Kindergarten through Grade 3 this week, September 21-25. The screening will be administered using the Acadience Reading Assessment and takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. This assessment helps us monitor reading development, identify students who may benefit from additional support, and guide classroom instruction. Parent reports will be shared following the screening. Thank you for partnering with us to help every child grow as a confident and successful reader!
